From my understanding, invites are determined by corporate and may end up in your "spam" folder via email. I don't believe a store has any say in who gets invited vs not.

Can anyone shed some light on this? I'm curious too! I got a bag in June but have a few friends that have been waiting...

I've been hearing that August is usually a slower time of the year since France "shuts down" for the summer holidays. QB's are offered, but I anticipate production and shipping are slower due to this.
