I got my own black quilted happy a month ago and was happy with my purchase, although I haven't got much use out of it yet because I am a college student and this bag is too small for carrying my books. However, it does go with both dressy and causal pieces in my opinion. It looks great with my motorcycle leather jacket and jeans =) HTH

Personally, not my cup of tea. I find it a bit too busy. There's a lot going on with this bag. I'm a big Lanvin fan so I'm not casting dispersions here. Just not what I like. Rock it if you like it!

I have to agree. Like alouette, I also am a Lanvin fan and can't wait to someday add a Happy to my collection. I guess, I just prefer the classic looks when it comes to Lanvin.

But if you like the bag, I'm sure it'll look stunning on you.

Saw someone carrying it the other day and it caught my eye. It's growing on me. Does anyone have experience of this bag? Is it heavy esp with the chains? How is the leather quality?

I know it does look a little like the Channel re-issue. Would you personally go for a re-issue rather than this? I just don't think I would pay that much for a bag as I don't like to baby my bags too much. The price for Lanvin seems fairly reasonable.

Any opinions welcomed!

I have never seen this bag IRL. It's a lovely bag fo sure.
The site says it weighs a little bit more than 2 pounds.
