Ladies...Any RUDE/CATTY/SNIDE/NASTY Remarks about your Birkins or ANY Hermès Purchase

I haven't had nasty comments about any of my bags (just dirty looks whenever I carry LV - who knows why?) but I have had nasty comments about my jewelry over the years. I have used these comebacks to nip that sort of behavior in the bud:
"You've obviously mistaken me for someone who cares what you think."
"To each his own."
"Then it's fortunate that I have it and you don't."

I usually receive very pleasant compliments and adoring looks whenever I use my H items. However, without fail, I usually get death looks from women of a particular age whenever I'm toting the orange shopping bag. Go figure!
great question i have had this from others as in friends they allways say things but you know out of 10 friends 4 of us are hermes fans we can all be taken as fashionistas but you know the thing is they allways compare as in are you kidding another birkin you could get a dior couture jacket or some thing but i think its based on the fact that we are fans of different things my way of thinking is that birkins are couture therefore us 4 let it go and i do get the ocasional remarks now on the negative side well some people think that my birkins and i do mean family and friends are something i buy because im a logo maiac fashionista and wish to show them off but see thats all wrong i buy them because i think they are art there perfect and they are after all below the radar and not splatered in logo so the negative comments are something i never take into acount i mean coach made in china and louis made in the millions id rather have one birkin rather tha 100 coaches or 50 louis !

That is beyond creepy, seriously! The person receiving the e-mails and phone calls needs to take immediate action through the proper authorities.
With a psycho, or a stalker, or a psycho-stalker, there is NO "harmless". I was the victim of a stalker, I know I now tend to overreact, but IMHO the sooner pressure comes to bear on someone with stalker tendencies, the less likely they will continue their behaviour. Or at least they will move on to a different target.
