KOP has been my home store for many years, with the exception of five years when I lived/worked in NYC, when I shopped at WS. I have gotten Bs and Ks and other bags at both. Most recently, I've been to KOP with appointments, which were not hard to get (within the week). I didn't stay long during each appointment, having gone for a particular item and gave my SA the heads up as to what I wanted. I will say that the SAs did seem stressed. It was not your usual casual wander through the store experience. It may have been due to my discomfort with being at the mall in general. There are lovely SAs at KOP. Perhaps you should talk to the SD and ask for a different SA.

I stopped by recently and didn't know the appointment system was in place. But I have a wishlist that I can still inquire via text. What is a "SD"?

I recently moved from NYC to the area! I've been to the WS it is definitely different with covid!

I love KOP and have always felt the staff and management there are very kind. I've been shopping there for about 7 years, but I don't frequent it often because it's still a 2 hr drive away. Maybe 3 times a year pre-COVID (have not been in the store since March but have emailed with my SA). I've worked with 2 different SA's and have bought a K and B. My spend isn't very high, but I've been frequenting for years and have shown interest in items other than quota bags and popular items. I've also shopped in NYC when I'm there, but I try to buy from KOP if it's a planned purchase. With the appointment system, I avoid going unless I'm 100% going to buy something. 2 quota bags over the course of 7 years there, but to be fair, I've never given a wishlist (outside of my first appointment there).

Thank you so much for your reply! It gives me hope that one day I will receive that quota bag call!

Would you please elaborate on the bit about "never given wishlist outside if your first appointment"? Did the SA not ask, or did your b/k just happen to be offered and they fit your preferences?

Many thanks in advance!

I’m a low-spend but long-time customer at KoP with no handbag interest until recently. I sat down with my SA to review styles, leathers and colors for my wishlist, which was added to list for podium. Fast forward a few weeks when I get a call to come back into the store for “good news”... they wanted to offer me a SO instead.
That cemented my loyalty to KoP... I’ll not be shopping anywhere else lol

I love shopping at Hermes KOP. It’s a small boutique but everyone is friendly and nice. If you plan to get a B/K there it’s possible. You can PM me if you want to know more. I don’t feel comfortable sharing on here.

Hello my Pennsylvanian Fam! Has anyone been successfully offered a B or K at the KOP store? I've only visited a few times and know its a beautiful one. Just curious before I make an effort to pursue one from this store. TiA!! ❤

Hi everyone!!! how are you all doing? Would anyone be gracious enough to share a SA contact with me at the KOP location? I have a SA in California but since I moved she hasn't been very responsive, which is extremely annoying. You can send a private message, if it is better. thank you so so mcuh!!!

Hi ladies!!!! I would like to know if any of you would be willing to share a SA info in KOP with me, please? You can DM me. I moved from CA to another State last June and my SA in CA was very nice and exchanging msgs. We would still talk on the phone, but lately she has been very unresponsive. I texted her items that I would like to purchase but she is not putting the effort to help me. I will be moving to KOP area soon so I thought I would ask you guys for recommendations. Thank you tons!!

Hi! KOP has been on a strict appointment system since June. I recommend calling the store and taking the first available appointment. All the SAs there are very nice and accommodating. I don't think you'd have a problem building a relationship there. :)

At my initial trip with my old SA (who moved boutiques a couple years after I met her), I mentioned I wanted a K28, rouge casaque, GHW. I bought a few small things from her over the course of a year or so (like an exotic CDC, exotic Bearn wallet, herbag, watch strap, couple forks lol), and randomly she emails and tells me my bag has arrived. I was confused because in my mind I hadn't ordered any bag lol. I was surprised that I got exactly what I had mentioned a year earlier.

My 2nd quota bag was purchased during my last pre-pandemic trip to H. I don't even remember what we originally stopped in for, but we were talking about leathers. I mentioned I'd love something in Box. She asked me for specs, went into the back, and brought back exactly what I mentioned. She knew we would love this heritage leather.

So DH and I aren't big spenders but are lovers of the brand and craftsmanship.

Amazing!! It seems like it just happens by chance and you may score one if you're genuine and not putting crazy pressure on yourself or your SA. LoL.. it doesn't help if I'm way to excited about discovering the brand and want to buy everything in sight.

I made an appointment to shop at KOP for the first time since the pandemic. it was a great experience, felt safe, and didn't feel rushed. it's a tough situation for the SAs to try to keep balance and give people the attention and full shopping experience. TBH it may have been the most pleasant shopping experience I've ever had at H.

Shopping H at KoP has absolutely been my escape from the pandemic this past year. Love my SA, love that store.
