Effie is the BEST!!!
I just wanted to share that the KoP store is still offering fantastic customer service. I was just there over the weekend. I made an appointment and would highly recommend you make an appointment based on how busy the store was and their line to get in.
I worked with Effie and she was absolutely wonderful.
Yes they are. They have a queue outside the store, so you may have to wait, but you do not need an appointment. Hope this helps!I am a regular at KOP, but whenever I have visited in the last two years I have always had an appointment with my SA. Unexpectedly I will be nearby tomorrow. Does anyone know if they are allowing walk-ins now?
Great. Thanks! I saw there was a queue last time. I would text my sa, but I think they stopped letting them take their phones home earlier this year.Yes they are. They have a queue outside the store, so you may have to wait, but you do not need an appointment. Hope this helps!
Yes, that seems to be the case. That being said, it doesn’t hurt to send a text anyways. My SA typically gets right back to me when he gets in the following morning and sees his phone. Maybe worth a tryGreat. Thanks! I saw there was a queue last time. I would text my sa, but I think they stopped letting them take their phones home earlier this year.
I'll PM you her address and the store number (I have those saved). She suggested scheduling a phone visit with her before I come next if there are specific items I would like to see. She said they are so busy it's hard for them to respond to emails.
Have to share a not so great experience sadly.
My friend and I went back to KoP in November. My SA there seemed really off, and the experience was not like my last earlier this year. It was almost cold. I wanted to discuss bags, and leather options, knowing that I may not be offered one and fully ok with just having a conversation. It was shut down almost immediately.
Almost everything we wanted to check out was out of stock (I get that issue). My friend put herself on a wishlist for a certain scarf in a color way they didn't have in yet but had coming. When the scarf arrived about a week or so later my friend purchased and had it shipped.
Last week there still had been no movement of scans of the package after it was scanned picked up. My friend contacted FedEx last week (we only live 2 hours away from the store) and FedEx told me friend that the shipper needed to contact them to open a claim because the scarf should have been delivered or at least scanned in that week. My friend texted our SA and she just responded that she would let the store manager know, but things were taking longer to be delivered. The longer delivery wasn't the issue. The issue is that the package had been lost, and FedEx confirmed that to my friend.
My friend gave the store a week, and contacted FedEx again to see if a claim had been opened. The store still has not opened a claim for this order. It's now been 2 weeks with no scan or movement. FedEx told my friend again this week that she needed to have the sender open a claim. She texted our SA a few days ago and hasn't heard back, so she called the 1-800 number today.
The 1-800 number couldn't do much for her, but they said they would call the store manager directly and that she could be expected to be updated within 24 hours from the store manager. Fingers crossed this is the case.
I am extremely disappointed. I had a minor annoyance with KoP when I ordered a clic bracelet and had it shipped a few months ago to me. But this is just unacceptable. As a business owner myself I provide my customers who spend $40 much better customer service than this.
Whattttt is going on with KOP? there was a “private event” with the store closing entirely for only two couples shopping in the store for 3+ hours. These “shoppers” have been essentially standing around and browsing. I made an appt and waited over an hour (after the designated appt time) in a long line that slowly shortened. We were given no feedback during said hour about what was going on. The stock was poor as expected, but this absurd wait/experience just created a line of disgruntled customers upon finally entering the store and alienated an entire other grouping of people who never want to shop at this location. How often does this happen?? I have been to stores across the globe and this was an unfortunate experience...
I had a similar experience with the store in Capri…only I got trapped inside the store with the people shopping. It was just me and them. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.Whattttt is going on with KOP? there was a “private event” with the store closing entirely for only two couples shopping in the store for 3+ hours.
