King of Prussia KOP Hermes

Visiting this store for the first time via appt in a couple weeks. Fairly new to Hermes. I bought a pair of sandals at store in a major city that is known for having high profile clients and reputation for being difficult to get bags on this forum. I did ask there and sent a follow-up email but havent heard anything for a month.

How is the stock at this store? Really dying for an mini Evelyne.
I hoping not to spend too much in order to get one. I may purchase a scarf or a another pair of shoes but there's not much else I want at the moment.

I never thought you had to spend anything to get an evelyne. The SAs are lovely. Does your SA know what you want? I would let her know now so she might keep an eye out.

I haven’t been told who my SA will be but the person who made my appointment said the Evelyne mini is a “waitlist item” which I was not aware of

It's probably because they don't have any in stock or on hand. Agreed with the previous comment, evelynes don't need a prepend.

Evelyne mini is very popular bc of the size so that’s probably why there’s a “waitlist”. But with a little bit of patience, it will eventually show up!

In my experience (years ago), they'd put your name down next to an item and you'd get a call when it came in. Good luck!

Silly question to native Pennsylvanians...does the clothing tax exemption apply at Hermes in your experience? From what I’ve heard the shoes and scarves should be tax free. That alone is enough for me to make KoP my home store.

I just wanted to share that the KoP store is still offering fantastic customer service. I was just there over the weekend. I made an appointment and would highly recommend you make an appointment based on how busy the store was and their line to get in.

I worked with Effie and she was absolutely wonderful.

I'll PM you her address and the store number (I have those saved). She suggested scheduling a phone visit with her before I come next if there are specific items I would like to see. She said they are so busy it's hard for them to respond to emails.
