I agree so much. Just took a trip there a few weeks ago and could NOT believe how high the retail was. I am so happy to live in the U.S. where BV is "reasonably priced!" lol

Yupe to think that I paid full retail price for my burnt orange montaigne in Singapore, my current sales loot of 3 items are still cheaper than one montaigne I bought, but no regrets though, if not for the montaigne; I never would have been searching for a way to maintain it and meet all you lovely people.

My bag fate :p

Finally got my sale items, love my Matita Belly bag and matching foldover card case...will take pics soon. I somehow ordered the wrong bracelet from the internet site I received a copper rame bracelet and was looking for the thicker ossidata one. Will need to go back and check my on line receipts. Did we ever figure out if the online orders are final?

No, bags4fun, I got the copper ostrich belly, and just love it! If you look on page 40 of the reveals I believe that you will find a couple of my pictures. I do think that there are others available, and last I looked it was on the website under sales. The tea is equally beautiful, but clearly a different color... and I was interesested because someone was concerned that it might be too flashy. You can read the discussion here:

And I could be completely tempted by a matita belly, ReRe. I love the belly (did not know until I got one and carried it) - almost or maybe as much as my large venetas... and I did not think that was possible. But I suspect that these are all gone by now. I wonder if there are any in Europe or Asia? Oh well, you always regret the ones you let get away. Maybe another will show up one day... who knows?

Don't give up Baggiana, call Bryan in Hawaii or Nicole, there may still be one, there are always last minute changes or things that don't go through. I've heard they are going to do a consolidation at some of the stores. Maybe even email the personal shopper at BV. Its a beauty, a very different design and color. I'm pulling my hair out because I want the handled ash scuro clutch, but even at the wonderful 50% off its a lot for a dressy bag when I really don't do dressy. But I like it because its much bigger than the normal clutches I've seen.
