sorry if this question has already been answered.

The online website says that returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. HOwever the receipt that came with my online order says final sale! I hope that I can still return one of the things I've ordered. Does anyone know this for sure?

I was told by both Atlantic City and Tysons Galleria that all sales items are final sale. Of course you could always re-sell on ebay or equivalent.

Are you talking about the bag that looked like a cross between a sloane and a cocker? It was built like a cocker but didn't have the pockets, and the top had flaps that folded over like a sloane.

I did see it on sale in the San Francisco boutique, but it sold yesterday while I was there.
