Agreed! They were telling me how many hours it takes the artisan to construct and I forget the exact number but remember that it was insane.

It’s a beautiful and highly original thing.

Plus, the fact, if you had one, you could switch it between any bag that had removable strap, even a non JDs.

This is what I do with (a most beautiful, handmade) black Box leather and hair-calf Cartujano (a fantastic Spanish brand, no longer operational). I was looking for an H extra strap and apart from one, all looked like afterthoughts. At the moment I have it on a Rouge H Box leather H Bolide.

The JD would look fantastic with any minimalist or maximalist bag so long as the colours worked.

The SC is my personal fav too, I tried it in the store and just fell in love
it really is special, the moulding technique is unique and the entire bag is 100% hand stitched, not a single part is machine stitched. Now I have to plan an acquisition
please post here when you finally get it. I also want it so bad but I have watch and jewelry priorities

OH wow - that reminds me a bit of the Gaby but def its own thing, and I like how he's moved the handle towards the back of the bag - seems like it would make it easier in/out. Not sure about the strap though - do you know if that's removable/adjustable? And isn't this their first non-tote in a grained leather?

Questions, I have questions!
