Has anyone here had occasion to contact their customer service? If so what was your response time, satisfaction, and result?
Hi have and it was really NOT nice. 4 weeks to define and close down a purchase… I was getting insane. I hope my store experience will be better, I strongly believe the brand is worth it, but they have someone within their costumer service reply team that is a real nightmare to work with, really sloppy and terribly slow…

Oh wow - and this was for a _purchase_???

OK, taking a deep breath, will report back here on my issue once I have a better idea of likely outcome.

yes it was, for a Bag, i am happy and do not regret my purchase, but comparatively with my costumer experience with Delvaux, if it was only for the service (via email), and not for the brand and handcraft, i would certainly had taken my money to Delvaux ... I believe now they have redeemed themselves a bit but just to say: slow reply time and need to resend requests - not surprised, my advice is to be patient...

I have decided that the Dianes are too formal for me. So I'm left with the Saint-Clair
I thought the same thing until I talked to a couple of people from JD. They said they have clients who pair the Diane bag with denims and a simple sweater or shirt. It elevates the outfit. I  the SC bag because of its casual retro vibe, but fear color transfer (from the nubuck to my clothes), and I wish it was two or three centimeters larger. A JD manager commented — one day the house could come out with a slightly larger size of the Saint-Clair and/or Lectoure bags. Here are no plans at this point, but I’m crossing my fingers.

Agreed - I wear my Diane messenger with pretty much anything (and I wear a lot of jeans). And Madame in post #55 looks tres chic with her sportif outfit and sneaks.

Hiiiiiiii: so I went to JD last week. I made an appointment online and met two wonderful ladies at the boutique who gave me a tour, free perfume samples and a bag cleaning brush (?) lol. I came home (without meeting Ramesh Nair) but with the Coquelicot horizontal Lectoure tote. Luvvvvvvvvvv it (thanx @bagnut1). It is definitely more orangey than the Diane coquelicot. I really needed a tote and I am happy. Now other JD box bags/pochettes are on my wishlist. OMG obsessed.

PS: price increases soon and new strap(s) for Saint Clair messenger bag also coming soon, they said.
