Lumina, Latifa and Crizzalyn made the return process very convenient with home pick-up and they paid the duties on time etc. It did take some time returning DHL documents etc but it was worth it. I feel kinda :/ that JD probably lost some money with returns/duties etc and may be somebody got yelled at coz of me creating a scene but at the end of the day, its A busin£ss. I hope my sharing of this particular experience does/will not discourage you all to keep buying from JD. Once again, thank you to everyone here. Lovely community. So glad it all got resolved for you. Did they end up just fixing your original bag or gave you a new one?

Any idea which sites sell/consign JD bags, besides Vestiaire collective? Seems many of the popular ones (U.S. friendly) don’t recognize the brand in their portfolio.

Having slight buyers remorse for st Clair purchase and looking to rehome it… had it for just over a month so can not return, and it hasn’t left the box.

Hi, I want to get my first luxury bag from Joseph Duclos. Which color should I get?

I like wearing casual clothes. I’m a jeans, t-shirt kind of girl but also likes to dress up on date nights. I wear gold jewelry with diamonds.

I’m trying to choose between these 3 colors. The last one is a neutral color with gold hard wear. The SA suggested that I would go with the black one. What do you guys think?

I agree, next luxury purchase from JD will be at their atelier. US customs and DHL handling can be such a headache, although I would say, nothing beats the excitement of unboxing a luxurious item I have only seen online. 😻

Hi, I placed an order for this specific color. The SA said its a neural color but the video she sent seems like there is a pinkish tone to it. Is it true neutral color? This color is so pretty!

I'm including 2 photos: one of the bag as it was this morning, never been buffed at all during my 3 months of use. And I don't baby it! I literally half-mindedly threw it into the backseat floor of my car this morning where it rolled around a bit during the drive, and had it sitting on the pavement at lunch today. The second photo is after probably a minute's worth of buffing using one of the sleeves it came in - by no means much effort or even using anything fancy.

All in all, I'm pretty please that the scratches can so easily disappear. Stand further away and you really don't see them at all. Now I just need that strong patina to start forming!

Do you plan on conditioning the leather? You know how it can get dry. I’m new to handbags and leather. Planning on getting the heritage leather in this color but not sure on how to take care of these kinds of leather. Will definitely ask JD but seeking some advice/input. Thank you 😊

Hi! Mine is very neutral, no pinkish hues at all. You will love it! SA did tell me I was lucky to get it when I did since they now have a wait for the Diane in this color. Are you picking it up at the store or having it shipped to you?
