Nothing is resolved in my case and it is not even being closed to be resolved or ever be resolved.
I was requesting refunds (multiple times) for the CA Sales tax charged by JD and not remitted back to the State ($514.45)....
that way i can pay back to the State and clear my name from their database.
I was told by the new person that she would talk to the main guy and ask for refund. About a week later, she said that she found a paperwork which proof that JD paid taxes. To me is means that main guy didn't authorize a refund. The paperwork found was a DHL bill which shows that custom duties are paid. In other words, it doesn't address outstanding State Sales tax at all.
I called her today again stating that paperwork (DHL invoice) found is not addressing outstanding issue. she was very confused.
what is really disturbing that all this time (tons of emails, many phone calls, etc) i was crystal clear that I'm only asking about State of CA sales tax and nothing else... I stated various times that there are no issues related to US custom..... and yet, it is like talking to a wall
this morning call was about 5th call between myself and a new person, I explained the situation for the 5th time again and after all she hanged up on me
i'm so very tired to deal with this.... they are not cooperating at all.... they thought if they can get DHL bill from 2023, it will resolve the issue.... now they were able to get that bill but it didn't address state sales tax at all... they have no clue... i bet it is the same way to all US state sales taxes
i honestly do not think that JD is capable to resolve it
they are absolutely refusing to issue me a refund and also they are unable to resolve outstanding tax issue
JD has no idea on how their US sales taxes are paid or whether they are paid ...
