I don't know if the house is in LA but if it is, I doubt they will seem much of a gain anyway. LA has a mansion tax now and many celebs were selling to get ahead of it or marking the prices down. I am not sure exactly when it went into affect.

I don't remember the cheating part. I thought he cheated on Garner with the maid? I knew he left her at the altar though. I always thought she married Anthony on the rebound and Ben was her true desire. I don't want to say true love because at this point, it sounds kind of silly.

IIRC, he cheated. She told on interview that the media was responsible for 50% of the split. What else can it be?
Garner has cheated with and on every single partners she has been with. It might be with her.

The left at the alter part- I even felt that! I didn’t know he cheated on JLo tho - just classic case of cold feet is what I thought happened.

I rekindled a college romance (not a bad breakup just young and in college) after my divorce. I can say, in some instances 2nd chances are worth it.

it is crazy that almost all the men she got involved with cheats and get caught.
Yes, she is high maintenance but those men are too much and their own version of high maintenance. J/S

speaking of LI, didn't she have a rep for treating people who worked for her (contractors, etc) poorly? by contrast, susan lucci was known to be very nice to everyone. I believe I heard that from someone who had personal knowledge of her.

How much does it take to treat people decently? Esp when you promote yourself as having come from a modest background. Jenny from the block is apparently not a nice person
