The world isn’t going to find out how Chanel treated me last time I was in their store. Much of it will find out how they treated JLo. And that impacts their reputation.

I purchased a brand new Chanel bag back in like 2007. Well over 10 years old. To this day the leather still smells divine. I’m an old head so prefer a lot of the older Chanel. I’m still mad at myself for not buying a WOC YEARS ago …I can’t justify the retail today. I used to work with an amazing SA that I loved. The industry has changed, imo.

We spend a lot at Chanel. I wouldn’t be offended if there’s a line and I don’t have an appt, flowers are ridic lol
