I read she immediately went next door to Celine and spent some BIG bucks over there.
Of course, Chanel later sent her a huge bouquet of flowers to her hotel to apologize.
She did keep it classy though by not insisting on special treatment, I'll give her that. Maybe nobody working there that day felt that they were empowered to deviate from protocol and let her in.
