No, as I said before, I think it's because they are both fighting for custody and he too is showing up for pap pictures, with the baby. Nice close-up shots too, nothing grainy and from far away. Just like Janet's photos. Both playing the same game. Both are proving what loving parents they are.

Isn't that why there is such a thing as joint custody?

I don't know why I keep forgetting that they are getting divorced! The games they play. It sure does explain the beautiful close-up shots of happy baby and her holding him all the time. Not to say that she isn't totally in love with him of course!

She's lost a ton of weight fast and doesn't have the hanging skin you so often see in scenarios like that. At least on the parts of her we see. She's gorgeous, always has had a beautiful face, no matter her weight. My mom used to tell me it's better to have a beautiful face than a beautiful figure if you had to choose. The older I get, the more I agree.

I'm with your Mother. I prefer my face looks better than my body. One look at women like Melanie Griffith and I know I'm right lol.

I haven't read anything in here about a custody battle?. I've only read they were divorcing. One doesn't always mean the other..I think if there were indeed a legal battle going on she may not have been able to take him to the U.S?

I don't think that there is some custody battle considering it has already been confirmed by someone within Janet's team (Janet's friend Gil Duldulao) that Janet is taking Eissa on the road with her while she is on tour so that is why Eissa is already in the US with her because she is doing tour rehearsals now. But then after the tour Janet & Eissa will return to London so Janet can co-parent with Wissam. Whatever custody agreement they have seems to be worked out rather than it being a custody battle.

I personally don't take much into the fact that Janet & Wissam are allowing Eissa to be photographed. I've said it before that for two people that have separated it publicly hasn't been some messy separation just based on what is actually known not speculation. There hasn't been a messy story since they separated that has some legit facts (no pictures,documents, etc. that you see with other separations that explain the break-up). Personally I think both Janet & Wissam are allowing Eissa to be photographed because it changes the topic of the marriage separation of two private people. I mentioned when the separation was first announced look at how fast the topic of their separation changed from people making articles that were less than pleasing for both Janet & Wissam without any facts to it being about Eissa because photos had been released of him with both Janet & Wissam the same week the separation was announced. The allowing of Eissa to be photographed has greatly changed the topic from speculation about their marriage separation to it being stories about baby Eissa because of the photos of him that keep being released. Eissa will be in the spotlight/photographed regardless because his mother is a celebrity and in reality in comparison to other celebrity children he actually hasn't been photographed that much for him being 6 months old.
