it's not anywhere close to being pap central as it was when Paris and Nicole were on the scene. My guess is she's out and about so the paps can get their pics and leave her alone, rather than hound her.

True, but that entire block is pap central. Last time I was there, they were waiting around on the entire block. I would think if you didn't want to be seen, you would avoid Robertson Blvd. I just find it weird, she and her husband parade him around so much, when she is the queen of privacy.
Yeah it has kind of been Janet's M.O. since the transition from the Rhythm Nation to Janet. era to "disappear"/not be photographed when nothing is going on only to reappear/photographed close to the start of era (i.e what she is doing now since she is back in California for tour rehearsals for a tour that starts in September). Janet is one of those celebrities that is seen when she wants to be seen and isn't when she doesn't want to be seen. I mean that is how she has been able to be both notoriously private but also gets you talking about her.
and that's how you do it! she gets to live her life in peace and when it's time to work, she lets the world in.
Which just goes to show you, if a celeb doesn't want to be photographed, they can disappear.
So when a celeb says they are hounded, not so, they want to be hounded.
Having said that, Janet wants to be seen with her baby. Part of the custody battle, I assume. He's doing it too.

Her baby is so handsome ... almost makes me want to have a second child, but I do not ever want to go through morning sickness again.
I agree. It's fine to have a nanny, but why wouldn't you want to bond with your child?
For a lot- not even then!! I don't know if they still do this but Ebony magazine used to do an issue with black women from every decade and it was not shocking to see a 100 year old woman that could have easily passed for 70-75 years old!
