Is the Gucci Soho Disco worth its price?

I purchased a black Disco about a month ago and have used it nonstop. I do need 2 hands to unzip it, but I usually keep it unzipped. The back has caved in a little, since I don't pack it full, but I actually like how it's conformed to my body. I've read about how the bag will flip over if it's unzipped so I make sure it's oriented properly. I really love the leather and the size is perfect for me. These issues aren't a big deal to me, it's all habit now. Given all that, it was a worthwhile purchase for me.

I bought the soho after the price increase and I think it is well worth it. I bought the beige one and I am thinking I need the black one now too. It looks great with whatever I am wearing and is very comfortable and easy to use.

I just got the disco as a gift from my bf. I got it from ceasers palace in Vegas. The SA told me they were going to be discontinued later this year. Does that mean their gonna be cheaper later on? I should’ve asked

I did ask why and he told me it’s being replaced with the marmont.

Ya if you look back on tpf there’s been numerous times where people say their SA said it’s being discontinued. I don’t know either way but I do know the rumor has been around a while. So long that I bought a second disco bag. Lol.

Exactly!!! Heard this 2 years ago so I went ahead and purchased the first soho since I compared the leather to the marmont and Soho was my first choice. Loved it so much that I got a second one. No regrets. I really enjoy those bags!! Money well spent in my opinion.

I completely agree!!!! I have two of them and I simply adore both. I don’t regret buying them. Bought them 3 years ago. No signs of wear. I totally recommend

I'm very disappointed with mine after only 5 months. The straps are coming apart from daily use, where they meet the bottom of the bag, because that's the only way to open the bag. The constant pulling of this being an everyday bag is very quickly destroying the bag, which is insanely ridiculous considering the money i spent!
