I was thinking about you last night, and worried this would happen. I think it is probably for the best since Italy is one of the worst places with the Corona virus. Do you get your money back? Hopefully it will be rescheduled when the crisis has passed.

I wish the dresses I wear look good with tennies. Most of the time though I wear sandals. And I have a really good pair for walking.Dresses with sneakers is actually quite fashionable right now! It’s perfect timing for me because I’ll be wearing sneakers for my upcoming trip (I’m not much of a sneaker person) but ya gotta be comfy walking around. I plan on wearing a cool new pair of Skechers with some cute dresses
I can understand your massive disappointment— I remember when you booked the trip and how excited you have been about it the past few months. I agree with others that this may not be the best time to travel. I am sure you will be going there and having the best time when this whole thing is resolved.

Oh no! So sorry, I know you were looking forward to that trip.
Ok..on the big computer at work so makes it a bit easier to explain.
Typical me...overreaction but understandable. The tour company has not canceled my tour, just not taking in Lombardy or Venice by the sounds of it.
Im still going as the cost of not for someone in my situation would be hard. Insurance does not pay out for Coronavirus.
I know a lot of you wll be concerned , but i feel confident about the tour operator looking after me.
I will take all the precuations I can.
Its a dream trip and I refuse to let fear ruin this trip for me. Any kind of overseas trip has an element of risk and Im prepared to take that risk.

Glad to hear your dream trip is happening after all. You will have a great time. I know you will take all necessary precautions given the situation. And you are right about risks involved in all overseas trips (heck, there are risks everytime we get into our car and drive, etc). Have a wonderful trip.
