Hi @summer46 yes I suggest botox and radiesse dermal filler before the menopause and then a facelift after. If ladies pay for a facelift before menopause then they may have to pay more for revision after the menopause. You look so great and are very knowledgeable. Would you recommend to enter well the menopause before having a face lift? I’m almost 45..
Honestly she didn’t need a facelift. She looks great before and after. Having a bit of nasolabial fold is good and natural. Having none makes you look fake and have a flat face which I personally don’t like. But yeah I agree, she didn’t need an invasive facelift. It doesn't matter how much you pay for a Beverly Hills facelift, if you get a deep plane and they cut your facial retaining ligaments, you may end up with sagging, nasolabial and marionette lines.
Here is 49 yo Catt Sadler who got a face and necklift with Dr Steve Kim in May 2023 at the age of 48. 10 months later and she has lower face laxity in an ig video with nasolabials and a marionette line. She is looking more like her before photo. See how SKplasticsurgery only posts a recent postop before her face dropped.
Always look for videos of postop patients This is another reason why I posted my IG videos and set my account to public to show that smas facelifts+postop steroids is the key to looking young for longer than a deep plane. I had VR macs in July 2021 without steroids which dropped 4 months later and had upgraded smas plication with steroids in Jan 2022 which is still holding in March 2024 even with pds dissolvable smas sutures.

I had Sculptra a year ago and I can still feel it when I touch my face. Little lumps of it...The thing with too much filler is that it's really not healthy for our bodies, because it blocks our lymphatic system, even from our face. So moderation is best
Thank you so much for your response. I’m afraid of any fillers after having had sculptra, H.A. And Ellanse … Ellanse gave me permanent lumps on my forehead, HA fillers under my eyes and in my cheek started swelling at certain times of the month , when divert from my diet or do a face massage… I would like a lift in my face…wahat are the more natural treatments..?? What do you think about Stem cells??Hi @summer46 yes I suggest botox and radiesse dermal filler before the menopause and then a facelift after. Hi @Ihaiat, welcome to tpf. Horizontal neck lines are like getting forehead wrinkles. It just suggests lax skin or loss of fat volume. Like forehead wrinkles, neck lines can be corrected with botox. The next step up would be fat graft or fillers and finally a neck lift when you can pinch at least an inch of skin on each side. I have been trying to gain weight which is helping my neck lines. Treatment for one deep neck line would be like treatment for one deep forehead wrinkle.Hi Miss Orange - I have been lurking at your posts for years and have been banking so much information for when I need it! I am not sure if you touched upon this one yet so I wanted to ask you about horizontal neckbands. I am in my 40s and I suddenly noticed one very deep band going across my neck and although it's probably the lest of my problems I was wondering what your take is. I have done my google research and have read about solutions from botox to filler to necklift etc. I really only want this line to go away. Have you had these and if so what did you do??? thanks again for always being honest and keep it read for readers like myself!
