I just want my mid cheek region lifted but I don't want to put lots of fillers in my cheeks...
I bet Dr Kim did not give her any postop steroids and her face swelled, stretched, deswelled then sagged and dropped.
Today I learned my surgeon has offered another lady deep plane VR with fat graft! I am so confused that I will go with my close friend to York in 3 weeks time, so that Nick can see that his VR retightening with smas plication and 4 days of steroids on me is holding for 2Y2M now. No botox, no fillers, no further fat graft, nothing, as he was the last person to treat my face. He never saw me postop ever.
I don't understand his deep plane. He told another lady he releases the masseter and mandibular retaining ligaments but not the cheek zygomatic ligament which is released more for the mid face. Is it the cutting of the zygomatic ligament that is leaving ladies who have DP with deep nasolabial folds similar to getting zygoma reduction where the zygomatic ligament may be cut too?
I need to understand why he doesn't just do smas plication like he did on me without cutting any retaining ligaments? He also needs to see how postop steroids have helped me with facelift longevity and try yet again to argue the case for his ladies to get a rx.
Here I am at night watching tv yesterday and wow I have my dark hair back in the dark! Blonde during the day and dark at night. Perfect! I do look Chinese in this photo. Maybe that is why Koreans think I am Chinese? lol. Aargh I have a cobra neck!

I’m now afraid of hyaluronic acid fillers too. My under eye and check puffs up and I have heard horror stories with using Hyalase to dissolve.. when I was younger I trusted doctors and did many things they suggested I do.., not anymore… Even Botox has many side effects we are not aware of, like long term use causing neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy, tingling numbing arms and hands and puffiness too.., I observe all of them for me lately..

Omg that’s what I was thinking. I think during my zygoma reduction, I think he may have cut my zygomatic ligaments and immediately after surgery, I see that I have deep nasolabial folds. Apparently for facelift doctors that isn’t an issue because the scar created is suppose to hold up your face, acting like a ligament of its own …. But honestly I just want my old face back. Doctors use all these dangerous trendy methods to reel in customers with self-image issues, instead of telling them less is more ugh
If you are Caucasian you MUST protect your face from the sun! Supermodel Kate Moss is 50 and menoface has hit hard. Smoking and drinking doesn't help.

I think every ethnicity needs to use sunscreen, it hurts each our skin in different ways, be it wrinkles or pigmentation or both
A friend shared that a tpfer had a facelift with chin fat graft in Korea! This is perfect! Fat grafting has surpassed the old fashioned silicone implants of the 1990s and 2000s. Why use old surgical techniques when Korea is so advanced in plastic surgery techniques.
Here is a collage of how Dr Seo built up my chin with fat graft in March 2018. As we age the upper and lower jawbone shrinks at an alarming rate. A telltale sign of an old person is how small the chin is.
