I rather have a bit of dark and hollow eyes than a fat bulging out of it underneath hahaHi@Missorange. I saw a lot post that they did the under eye fat reposition and end up with a lot wrinkles. Is it true or just in the StatesI'm sure it will looks darker and hollow, well most posted has filter so hard to tell
Today's post is a comparison of my menoface at 49 to now almost 58. Save money or expect to use an inheritance to fix menoface. I am often asked how much in total did I spend to fix my face? If I exclude all the wasted £6k facial surgeries (threads £2k, thread removal £500, too many fat grafts without pred £2k, £1.5k theatre costs for rib rhino tip collapse) and only count the ones that worked, then £23k (rib rhino with tip plasty and chin reduction £10k, upper bleph with ptosis correction and lid fat graft £1667, full face fat grafts £2.5k, bullhorn lip lift £2.5k, vermillion lip lift to remove filler and scar fibrosis £2.5k, VR smas facelift with pred £3.5k and £400 eyebrow tattoo.
The only thing left is a neck lift but I need to research this thoroughly. At the moment I can only pull 1 cm of lax neck skin on each side.

No matter how pretty you are or were in your 20s when menopause hits, it hits hard, almost as though oestrogen is the secret to feminine youth and beauty and without, the face collapses....I always wondered how the most iconic women in the world Farrah Fawcett, Bridget Bardot, etc. aged badly and now I know....dreaded menopause! Lack of oestrogen speeds up facial fat loss, collagen loss and bone loss.
Please do not be tempted to go on bioidentical hrt thinking it is safer than synthetic. Bioidentical evorel and utrogestan caused breast cancer in my GP friend who endured a year of awful chemo and has to be checked for the rest of her life in case it returns.
Here is my passport pic at age 20 vs menoface. No wonder men may end up leaving their wives for younger women when women reach menopause in their late 40s or early 50s. Men's faces deflate in their 70s. The late 40s are made tougher because many UK surgeons refuse to do facelifts in ladies under 55 which drives them to Turkey who may even operate on people with body dysmorphia unless they discover Korea! Always ask your friends for opinions to exclude BDD.

Hi @weewee, Idk why ladies keep getting under eye fat reposition. I never heard of it. Once the fat dissolves or skin deswells, the lower eyelid area will be full of wrinkles is my guess.Hi@Missorange. @MissOrange to take out the puffy under eye. Yes I do see some has a lot wrinkles, even the PS I went for consultant, he shows me that he did it on himself. You didn't have this problem?
Hi @rosie8800, the fastest way to a round face is overfilling with facial fat graft and then gaining weight to make the fat expand and multiply but take care as fat truly loves fat and you may end up with pillow face!
