How often do you rotate your bags?

How do you rotate your handbags? In theory, I want to change purses with every outfit but that doesn't happen at all. So every time I buy a new purse, the older ones get put on the shelf.

Can you give me tips on how you do it so that all the handbags get some time out of the closet?

Don't keep anything in your purse. Everything in a series of pouches, empty the pouches out onto your dresser in the evening; when you head back out it's easy to grab a different bag!

i do change my purse depending on the outfit... and as others have mentioned, either a purse organizer or several pouches so it's a quick grab and go

+1 makes it easier to switch without leaving things behind in another bag. You will probably be more apt to change your bags more often with an organizer.

Then on the day you want to wear it, insert the pouches or purse organizer.

I want a really nice purse organizer. One that will last and last. I get dressed, then go upstairs where I keep my pocketbooks, and then I just scrounge around them until I have an "Oh, this is perfect!" moment. If the "perfect thought" doesn't come to me, then I just use one of my gold metallics. They go with everything. I usually change pocketbooks 3-4 times a week.

I use pouches too and this is definitely something I learned from TPF. More reasons to buy SLGs!
