I really need to follow everyone's lead and start switching my bags more! Maybe once every few days instead of every couple weeks. All my bags are neutrals and seem to go with everything, so I think I am less motivated to change bags for matching reasons.

I also switch bags depending on what I'm doing and where I'm going. Lately, I've been switching a lot, because I've been traveling, then at home, then with the kids, then without the kids, etc. etc. During the school year when we're in more of a routine, I can easily use the same bag for an entire season (switching up only to use a clutch or smaller bag for a date night or something like that).

I like to use one bag for a big chunk of time, because it helps me kind of "get to know" the versatility of the bag when I get to see how it works with my whole wardrobe.

First it depends on the season as I tend to use my burgundy bags more in winter.
Then it really depends on how I dress but I would say I rotate them two to three times a week.
I keep my bag at the entrance of my house (I have a cupboard for them) so it makes it easy to switch from one to the other.
However, those that are not used are stored stuffed in their dustbag :)

I'm finally now starting a system of designating one bag to each month and setting a reminder in my calendar on the first of each month to switch to the next bag of the month. Problem is that I have a tiny bit over 12 (versatile, day, carryall type) bags, so I think I'm going to cull my collection and aim to stick to twelve favorites, (not to say anything of small purses, clutches, SLGs in general that can be dropped into a larger bag! Those don't count!) otherwise I don't get to carry each favorite for even 1 month each year and I love my favorites enough that I want to have at least that much quality time with them each year. I can't see myself having enough bags for a different bag each week of the year or even every 2 weeks, because I'm hungry for more than that with the ones I've committed to thusfar in my adult bag collecting journey.

Almost everyday depending on how I feel. Sometimes it's based on what I'm wearing. Sometimes, I just feel like using a particular bag. I try to rotate my bags. I find it fun but it is work...lol. To make it even more crazy is that I want my slgs to match my bag :nuts::biggrin: I did not used to do this with slgs but now I can't stand it not complimenting my bag. If it does not, it will bother me for the entire day. Sounds ridiculous but that's just me. :p

Lately it's been 2-3 switches a day. In the morning, a tote for work, in the afternoon out to dinner/date with le BF and anything else from park outings with my goddaughter to sports and in the evening, everything goes back in the work tote.

I used to wear one bag straight for 2-3 years until it gets beat up and needs a replacement. I also never thought about matching the bag to an outfit or hardware to jewelry. However, last year I discovered TPF and have been obsessed with adding to my collection and rotating bags. Buying bags of different colors, sizes, and leather. Right now I'm switching out the bags 2 or 3 times a week depending on outfit and occasion. I love this new system because the bags will last longer and I get more enjoyment every time I use it. I also feel more put together now that I coordinate my bags to my outfit. [emoji4]
