I switch every 2 weeks because I have a lot to rotate around, but I have seriously contemplated your method a few times. I think one bag per month *should* be more than sufficient... I just have to get down to 12. I've been mulling your method over for a few months now, and trying to gather strength to achieve it... good for you!I generally switch once a month. First, because that’s all I have time to deal with and second, it keeps me from hoarding bags. I need 12 to get through a year and if I go over that, one needs to be sold to justify the new bag. A bonus of that is that it also helps justify upgrading each one over time. For example, I sold a MFF Bennett when I got a Rogue in a similar color. This doesn’t include clutches though, which I match to whatever evening attire I’m wearing it with.

Good method! If I could stay at 12 bags, I'd probably do like you do. But I do fluctuate up to 15 or even 16 bags at times. Plus, because of stuff that I have to carry sometimes when I go see my mother, I can't comfortably use my medium bags like the whiplash saddle bag, I need a tote. So going to see her every few days has me changing more often than I like. ( I hate carrying two bags so that method wouldn't work for me. )The key thing is to have the right 12 bags. In my case, that’s no doubling up on colors and making sure I have enough different colors/styles to cover all the seasons. It’s worked for me for a few years now. Good luck if you try it.
