i love it.:-s I've seen pictures of a white version with diamond bezel on social media. Anyone knows if there are more than 3 colours (titanium/ blue steel/ white steel)?

oh wow! I’ve only see the steel and titanium not blue and certainly not the diamond version!!!
So far not many SAs know about it so internal comms must be low.

I expect this to be limited production as most H things but maybe not (fingers crossed). Not a very technical watch person so I don’t know if the real aficionados will rate this. But I love it!

Sorry i meant steel with blue dial (not blue steel haha that's zoolander....) and steel with white dial with diamond bezel... and yes info is low for now since it was just launched a week+ ago. I think it will be a great hit- the mechanism is exceptional and whimsical. Very Hermes! I have the arceau l'heaure de la lune and love it!

Hi H watch lovers,
I am trying to decide between these two Nantucket watches below and am having a hard time. Would love your advice!

choice 1: steel band with about 0.6 ct diamonds, $8600
Love how clean and fresh this looks but this will be an occasion watch as it’s too flashy for everyday wear during my regular life. It’s light and easy to wear, and the chunky bracket style band is right up my alley.

Choice 2: rose solid gold Nantucket with no diamonds $11k
I also love how beautiful this is with the bracelet band. This can be for everyday or fancier occasions. The only thing I already have a cape cod with a rose gold watch and croc band. It would feel a little duplicative if I got this.

which one should I go for? Can’t decide? Thanks!

I like the stainless steel w/ diamonds. Looks good on your wrist. I dont think it’s very dressy at all. You are right about cape cod being duplicative. Also, choice number 2 looks like just any watch at the department store :sick:

personally for watches, i prefer WG or steel coloring rather than yellowgold/rosegold or plated finishes—- regardless if im wearing all YG/RG jewelry. WG/steel plated watches are more timeless looking (no pun intended).

Choice 1 for me, and would be a lovely change to your other rose gold watch.

From what I have heard at the watch convention, there will only be two versions. I did not hear of one with diamonds. The watch is being released in the men's category hence the larger sizes. The largest is the titanium with platinum back. Then, the smaller has a blue dial and is stainless steel. I do not remember exactly the price, but the smallest, steel version is around 18k. Surprisingly, there is not a huge difference in price with the larger in titanium and platinum that is slightly north of 20k. They might eventually release a version with diamonds, but I doubt it as the focus on this watch is the mechanism. The mechanism and creativity speak for themselves without needing the sparkle and bling.
A blue metal was indeed showcased this year, but for the new version of the H08. The final watch shown is a Kelly watch on a metal niloticus bracelet. There was also an exceptional arceau, which is released every year based on a scarf design or theme.

They have only released the 2 versions to the press, but i am certain there's one with the white dial and diamond bezel (38mm) that i was able to order. It doesn't change the watch of course, just gives the ladies more choices, or a better idea for a couple watch with the titanium.

I stand corrected. Would love to see pictures of yours when it arrives. A couple watch if it came with a custom joint box would surely be a success. Imagine if they rotated around each other as the box opens!

Hello,

I would love some advice from the H watch conosieurs in this chat. I would like to get a watch to celebrate my upcoming birthday and I am debating between the Kelly watch double tour or the Nantucket double tour.

I tried the Kelly in the boutique and fell in love with its playfulness and the fact that it's more like a jewelry piece (Im not a big watch person). Was initially set on black strap but I am considering the gold strap as it has a softer look.

Then a few days ago I tried the double tour Nantucket and also liked it a lot, specially it's practicality, includong the fact that I can change the straps, etc..the only downside is that I prefer GHW and it seems the Nantucket only comes in stainless steel.

Which one would you choose? I'm wondering how both of them age as well.

I like the look of Kelly watch but I have seen many of them in resell market for a quarter of the retail price and they all seem to get scruff up pretty badly regardless of price. I went for SO rose gold nantucket 17 mm for my first luxury watch and I’m happy with it. The strap isn’t interchangeable with mine but I think bigger sizes are. I’d suggest asking for SO watch if you’d prefer gold.

I would chose Nantucket but pair it with a gold double tour strap.
I think the Kelly watch may annoy you over time dangling down and banging into things..I know it would annoy me !

I have the Diamond Cape Cod with several straps since you can change them out. I bought the watch in Paris at the FSH store.
