Does anyone know the US price of the Kelly watch with diamonds. Not the fully diamond band. Should be around 45k. I am trying to compare the US and the European price. Perhaps someone knows if FJ is generally more expensive here or there. Some items are significantly cheaper in Europe. I am talking about retail. Thank you!

I believe this is stainless steel, not gold. I think gold significantly more, in 40-50k+

I got a Cape Cod watch (barenia strap) about 7 months ago!

Some comments and questions:
1. The watch constantly runs 1-3 minutes slow! Has this happened to anyone else? Every couple of weeks it falls two minutes behind and I have to adjust the time. It's not a dealbreaker for me but for the prices you pay for these watches, having it tell the time accurately is not an unreasonable expectation, no?

2. I also bought another strap in jaune de naples. It will be perfect for summer! I love yellow and fell in love with the stock picture:

Sadly, when I asked the SA to show me how to change the strap, she told me I have to come in to the store and have them do it for me??? She said they have to use a special tool (I saw it, is just a small metal thing) to change over the buckle. What a scam - if I buy interchangeable straps, I should be able to change them as often as I want, twice a day if I want, without having to trek to the store every time, no???

3. The barenia strap has aged A LOT in seven months. I knew barenia would patina but mine has become darker very unevenly. I'll post more about this in the barenia clubhouse thread.


Now, all that said, I LOVE the watch and am very happy I bought it. It's classic and elegant yet modern, it goes with everything and I constantly get compliments on it.

Hubs has a tool that looks like this. This isn’t the exact one he has (his is German) but I’m sure any would do the job. The fork end, you can use to change out the buckle. Very easy.

Also, if you know the size of your strap, you can buy generic straps in so many fun colors.

I’ve even put Michele croc straps on my Hermes watches. Shhhhhhh 🤫 😆
