I actually really like the cut with diamonds.... But it is too similar to what I've just purchased. I (currently) have the thought of a matching pink strap for fun. Thank you for the suggestion though!

Just as a double check, is there a stainless steel version of the Faubourg watch or just white gold? I don't wear any yellow gold and I love the Faubourg watch but it's out of my price point for a watch, especially of this size.

Does anyone have experience of getting an extra hole punched on a leather or exotic watch strap to tighten? I know H offer it for their belts but not sure about watch straps. Any recommendations much appreciated.

Had one done by my store watch SA with no problems but my wrist is small and straps have to be special ordered otherwise. HTH!

Once warranty has run out, I've just taken mine to a local watchmaker or jeweler who offer this service. It's much more convenient for me. If I'm remembering correctly, if done elsewhere during warranty period it may void it. Hoping someone will jump in if this is incorrect!

I took it to my SA, I'm not sure when the warranty ends, but mine is with exotic leather and diamonds so didn't want to risk it. No idea on how long it'll take but I assume it's on H time. All stores will do it (your SA will take care of the details) but they'll ship it to another store that can do it .

My SA didn't say, but I wasn't charged anything when I dropped it off. I may have read on here it's $75 or it may be free.

I think i'm in love with the Nantucket. Any Nantucket ladies here? Are there any issues with the watch you are concerned with? Any special recommendations? For reference: I am planning to use it more like a jewelry piece than a regular every day watch. (It will be my first Hermes watch in many years. I used to have a Kelly and a Medor, both with leather straps, in the early 2000s and loved both)

I really like the rose gold with diamonds versions and may be getting one 2nd hand. Agree with you that it's more like a jewelry piece (I'm not into typical watches), love that it's solid gold, but I don't see why it can't be an everyday piece!
