Unfortnately, I have water stains on my Hermes strap (matte croc). This is from water sliding down my worst when I wash my hands. Anyone have suggestions on what I can do to fix this?
You can take it to your SA and ask about options for H spa but I'm pretty sure croc/gator is sensitive water and it's sensitive to water, meaning those are stains.

Hi,
I bought this Arecau watch one year ago and only wore it for maybe 6 times? And today when I adjusted it the hour hand just fall off!!! What a poor quality! There were several red flags when I bought the watch already, like the strap looks old when I bought it, but the SA told me it’s new just relocated from another store… then I found missing the package missing a screwdriver adjuster… which should comes with the box …So frustrating! What should I do? Just text my SA but no response. Should I escalate to the store manager? Or their U.S customer service? TIA!!!IMG_1540.jpeg

Don't panic. It's a horrible thing, never should happen, but try to keep your cool. Wait a few days for your SA to get back to you, and then ask to talk with the manager. I wouldn't mention the word 'escalation', just let them fix it and ask for a screwdriver. Check receipt and see if it's under guarantee so there should be no problem, but I think they can see by the watch strap you've hardly worn it. Plus, a hand is not just supposed to fall off like that, so they should wave any repair. - but obviously you will need to keep your cool.

My watch that was only a few months old stopped working. I brought it in and they sent it out for repair. Took less than 2 months and it was free since it was faulty. I would wait for your SA to respond, I don't think this needs to be escalated to the manager. Unfortunately things break and they will take care of it for you.

Sorry to hear that, you should bring it to store and hope they can fix it for you. It's a good idea to bring it to the SM if no response form your SA. I saw a youtuber has her hubby bought a watch in an event, and the watch broke shortly afterwards. They escalated to the manager too and had it replaced. Most H watches seems has non-inhouse movements and SA selling them seems to have not much information about them especially mechanical ones

I do have to agree. Most of the SAs sell across departments and some do not understand how to demonstrate the mechanical watches H have released. I have been shown two at the stores which on examination were already overwound and damaged. These are watches in the range of 50k so I would highly recommend requesting that a piece is wound and set before completing purchase, to check that everything is in good order including the "tension". Very sorry to read the above post and I hope this watch is replaced without any issues.
