I think the watches with diamonds are so beautiful. It’s so discouraging to see their value decline by 50% when you walk out of the store. I go back and forth because I don’t sell my jewelry or watches, but it’s reassuring to know that all of my non~Hermes pieces have retained their value.

I tend to agree with you, and it's a shame because I find some of their high-end watches and jewelry to be very beautiful and well-made, but their resale value is really bad. As you said, you don't need to look at resale value, but it feels good to buy things that keep their value for a long time.

It’s a complicated watch made so easy to use.

Thank you. It was around $25k. My husband placed an order after he saw it at the watch event fall 2021. We were told the wait would be 2 years but it arrive last month.
You can just let your SA know if you are interested in getting one. I know someone who just ordered one a few weeks ago. There is a wait as they need to make them.
I like the H08. Unfortunately my wrists are too small for it, so I convinced my husband to get one for himself. It will make a nice birthday + anniversary present.
The only time we’ve sent a watch in for service so far was for the Arceau L'Heure De La Lune. The time was fine but the moonphase didn't seem to be working. It went to back to Geneva and return after several months.

If your husband likes watches overall, he probably will like the H08. My husband do like it very much; it is also a fun watch for him. Luckily our SA got him the Madison store opening edition… it‘s in yellow to represent the taxi cab. It brings a smile to my face every time he wears it.. so bright and cheery.Thanks so much! If you're a fan of the Madison LE watch, you definitely don't want to miss out on the new H08 in yellow. It has just been released, and it's absolutely stunning!
Have you bought it already? I know these were just announced in April and it also comes in blue and green aside from Orange and Yellow.

I have requested the yellow one, and I am still waiting for it to arrive.
I noticed that the blue PVD H08 that was announced last year is only arriving to stores early this year, so it'll likely be a while before these arrive into stores.
