Hi docride is there something I can do to improve the appearance of the leather just behind my constance flap? Will HERMES consider it as an area of privacy and therefore not touch it?

Lambskin is tricky and can become a big mess if the wrong product is used generally cleaning and touch ups are best sent to a trusted professional if you have a major problem. What is the problem?I don't think Hermes will do much to the interior unless asked and on a case by case basis at their discretion.

Good Afternoon Doc,
I am considering a Bolide in Peau Porc leather. I like the look of the leather because it is different. My question is what do you think of it: conditioning, weight, lasting over the years? Would I use Blackrock's treatment on this leather? I can post the link to it if you like.

Hello there! Yes I am so excited about the GM, thank you!
I adore Peau Porc, it's very strong and lasts beautifully, middle of the road weight is between Ardennes and Corchevel IMO.
Blackrock is a good choice for this leather although you can expect some deeping of tone with this choice of conditioner/protectant.

Hi Doc, I've read that Blackrock is not good for light-colored leather is that right?

I have just got a Blue Lin lindy in clemence. Since this baby blue is a color prone to dirt, I would like to see what "tools" or products I need to have as stand-by?

I only have Blackrock and Obenauf at home (they are here for my Box leather) and not sure if they are right for Blue Lin in clemence (Obenauf probably not for clemence as I looked at some old posts in this thread).

Help, my natural charmonix Kelly failed off the table and hit the disfuser bottle caused all the liquid in the disfuser bottle went all over the front of it ( flap part under the lock) now left it w/ dark/red big spot and likely the leather already damage because it's very sticky when I touch :(( Is there any ways spa/treatment services could help???? Thank you

A Vibrato cleaning stone from Hermes or a pumice stone can be used to clean Vibrato, basically it's used to rub off the top layer. Do not use conditioners on Vibrato. Enjoy your rare and fabulous Vibrato bag.

Hi doc wondering if you can be of any assistance with cleaning a new to me barenia watch strap, it looks like it has water or possibly perfume oil stains. Wondering if theres anything I can do to clean it before opting to replace the strap. TIA

An Hermes spa will most likely not help a red stain on a light bag. Sorry. But you are welcome to post photos and let me give a second opinion.
