I was able to get an Evelyne 29 and a Rodeo Pegasus PM, and to order a couple things I liked but they didn’t have.

I will say it’s a different experience for me. I’ve previously gone to Toronto for Hermes. My SA there would send photos, confirm stock, etc. The SA I have here always says I have to come in to talk about the harder to find items (even the Rodeo!). She had to ask the store manager before I could get offered the Rodeo PM. In Toronto you can walk in and buy one.

Then last week I texted my SA and got a message a few days later that she was out and wouldn’t be back for a week. Then today they called and asked if I would see a new SA because mine is “no longer available.” So I’m assuming she left.
Oh gosh. I hope they get their act together.

I spent ~$10,000 in hermes troy in September and ask for a kelly (I even don't specify the color, leather, size etc.) . They put me on the wishlist and I waited for more than one month, no one ever called me for a the bag... Is this normal or is it better for me to switch the sales or switch a store?

There is never a guarantee for a bag with Hermes. There is no rule that if you spend X, you will be offered Y. The “wishlist” is not a waitlist, it is just an SA’s personal notes as to what kind of bag their client is hoping for. There is no triggering event that will automate receiving a bag offer. In normal times, I would recommend going back and shopping more to stay on your SA’s radar in case the bag you want becomes available. However, right now, the USA is not receiving any additional bag deliveries from France until at least the beginning of 2022 so even if you are on your SA’s mind, she won’t have a bag to offer to you for quite some time. Patience is really the only option from here forward.
 
I was just in today, but they were pretty low on stock. My SA said they're expecting new items in three next few weeks though, getting ready for the holidays. I was able to order a tableware item (been trying to track down the "a walk in the garden" tray!) But I've noticed that unless I have specific product codes, there isn't much help in looking for specific items or colors for the moment.

I will say that my SA is lovely though. I'm happy with him, and happy to grow with him as he learns the store.
 
Ugh! I live here in Michigan and haven’t had the chance to visit the store. Honestly it feels too much work with this store. I already have good SA’s in Chicago and NY-Madison. I can walk in and get a rodeo anytime and they can sell me a B or K if they have in stock. They even showed me colors that I didn’t like just so I could see it in person.
 
I went to get a Blue Electrique Bastia and scored a Rodeo. The SA had to ask for permission so good thing I had history from the Chicago boutique. But at least twice I went and the store was closed with no signs explaining why. All the other stores were open. Never found out why.
 
Did anyone able to purchase a lindy mini bag from this store? I have asked on my first visit but it's been more than four months still don't have one.
They are very limited globally and typically reserved for well known regular clients. I’ve read complaints of people asking before they were even released and still waiting… (2+ years)

So I went to store yesterday to see about sending my Kelly to Spa and meet a lovely SA. The horrible lady that I first had came to the door to assist and I advised that I preferred a different associate to assist me. He advised me to wait to send for Spa. I got pair of Oran’s but boots I wanted were sold out. Also Twilly selection was non existent.

Why do you have to wait to send your Kelly to the spa?
