I asked for leather accessories in rose Tyrien for a friend and rodeos but they had nothing. I asked for B30 or K25/28 or 32 in dark or neutral colours. She said she would check but came back in 2 minutes to say they don't have anything. I thanked her and left. I walked to the other big H store in shinsaibashi. Here the SAs were really unfriendly and even though the store wasn't busy, they said NO to everything I asked for even before they checked the system or drawers. Their manners were quite curt which is not something I'm used to in Japan where everyone is so polite. I went off for lunch and then went shopping around Takashimaya dept store again. I went back to H in case they had a delivery. I was helped by a different SA, I gave ger my wish list and she came back to say she had a croc Kelly 35 in black which isn't something I was looking for so I thanked her and left. So no luck so far in Japan but I'm off to Tokyo for 4 days tomorrow.....

I thought this was my experience only. I felt the same n happened in Dec 2015 when I was in Osaka n visited H in Takashimaya Namba. The lady said in cold tone no smile ... Totally different with I usually see, didn't even check the computer, she only said no no no to my questions. Finally I only bought a pair of twilly for my GP. I'm planning to get B25/30 for my next trip to Copenhagen, Hamburg, Milan, Venice n St Moritz... Wish me luck... Don't know why this trip makes me soooo nervous lol....

So happy to have chanced upon this thread!!! i went to tokyo in March and got quite lucky at the H stores! Scored a poppy orange k28 in the Hermes in Shinjuku Isetan. Also managed to get some small accessories - A cdc in natural GHW and a black kelly belt with GHW. We are going back this fall and I'm so so excited to see what else i can find in Tokyo! Looking forward to check out the resellers as well as i didn't have much time to check them out in March. Was travelling with my newborn baby for the first time and didn't have the luxury of time to shop as much as i would love hahaha :D:D:D

Ohh tell us your story please on how you got your k28? When i was there 2 years ago, i didn't even bother to ask for b/k since i assumed it would be a no.

My husband and I were at Osaka for past a few days, we visited different stores. I must say the styles of the bags that they are willing to display and sell are very limited. We got all cold response: all bags are displayed out, which no one would believe that. Except we met a nice SA at Takashimaya, we had a good chat as she used to live in the US for a short time period. This Japan trip we are only looking for small size bags, so we asked for B25. She came back to say only one B25 black matte available at the time. We thanked her but not looking for croc bag. She asked us to come back the second day, to see if any small bags delivered. So we went back the second day, but no small bags are delivered or I feel the manager did not want to sell us a small B as walk in. According to her, each day they have different "budget" allowance to sell certain bags... We are heading to Tokyo soon. Hopefully we can find a B25.

Wanted to share my experience with the Ginza store from last week. I wasn't seriously hunting, but DH and I lined up one morning. We happened to get to the neighborhood pretty early thanks to jet lag, and there were already 2 people in line in front of us before 9am. Around 10:30am security guard came out to monitor the line, and they let us in and gave us numbers right at 11am. They took us up to the leather department and asked what we were looking for. Unfortunately that morning there was only one B available and no Ks, and the B was exactly what I'm not looking for- a brown (Etruscan) shiny croc bag. They did give me a chance to look it over and hold it after the first two shoppers turned it down, but it really wasn't my bag so I had to pass.

The service was lovely and could not have been more organized or polite, unfortunately it just wasn't my day. Good luck to anyone else visiting Ginza in the future!

Not anybody from the queue but I heard the bag was gone when someone checked in the afternoon. Btw I queued again the next day and was #2 in the line. There was a Rubis b35 GHW and the 1st girl took it :)

Hey Ladies! I think i just got lucky thats all haha! Also this was the second time in 6 months we have gone to tokyo and to the same store. (previously i went and get 2 cdcs and 2 pairs of twills but never left with a bag, didn't ask either cuz at that time i had just purchased a new B30)
This time, I went with my husband and baby and when i entered 2 SAs smiled and started playing with my baby and small chat. Then i said I'm looking for some spring/summer slip ons or sandals as well as the kelly belt. I got the sandals i wanted, a cdc and a kelly belt. She showed me the orange poppy kelly belt but i chose the black one cuz i loved the Rose Gold hardware and i told her i love orange poppy but didn't like it in a belt more for a bag or something else. I was going on and on abt how pretty the poppy orange is such a beautiful color! And then i just popped the question: Besides the belt, do u have any and bags in poppy orange? Then she said yes! She said she may have something. Then she went away and came back and said Kelly. I was like "oh my word" in my head. (screaming for joy inside) and it was a 28. :yahoo: I think i got lucky cuz i bought some accessories and my SA was really nice and my baby helped to lighten the mood as well by being cute and playing and giggling to the SAs. hahaha! Isetan Shinjuku's Hermes is really a nice H store to go to! All the SAs there seem nice and friendly. Good luck ladies! @tabbi001 @superwoolu
