Have u guys ever purchased an amount over 1000 and tried to claim the tax refund but didn't have ur complete full name as on the receipt? As some stores say the middle name doesn't show..will this affect me claiming as it doesn't show full name?

To my knowledge, full name & address need to be shown on the receipt. Or please try to search thru TRS.
