Thanks @Xaerahh and @Mapoon! When my SA gave me the option to buy it online and I explained to her about wanting to build the relationship and also the spending history with the local H Sydney boutique as I am slowly aiming towards my dream bag, she said "Yes you are right, spending history with your local boutique store is very important and you did your research well."
Also, my SA took down my preferences for the sizes and colours of the bags and hardware, but she didn't ask me about the type of leather though. Is this normal?? Do they generally ask you about the type of leather?

! Most would never admit to the whole spending history myth... It really depends on who you get at Sydney store, some SA's you could wait a whole lifetime and not get offered a dream bag and then there's a couple who offers it to almost anyone who doesn't have a spending history.Tsjuki (sorry, can't remember how to spell it), he is an older Asian guy is really really good and relaxed with bag offers, offered a couple of people I know who barely spent anything K's and even a HSS for one of the influencers who also barely spent anything.

Surprised that only herbag is "for display only". That sellier B should be snapped up in a flash i guess.
I believe all the bags out are for display only they just didn’t have those tags sitting around. SA said they just revamped the display items, though I would not know as am not a regular customer. There’s good variety to try on whilst waiting I guess.

I just missed the regular pico 18 in palladium online then too!I mentioned to an SA earlier this year when I was purchasing some silk items that I wanted a picotin. She offered me black and dark blue right away, but I said I wanted light or bright colours. So she took down my preferences.
Then in less than a month, I got a phone call from the SA offering a picotin 18 in Gris Perle PHW, and I took it. That was back in April, think.
Not sure if this information is helpful, but I think picotins are generally not difficult to get, as long as you don't have very specific colour preferences.
That’s an awesome spec! I did ask a month or so ago when I was purchasing some shoes and was told there was no stock, asked to be put on my wish list but nothing yet so I guess I’ll try again with another SA. It might also be because I asked for GHW. This is very helpful though, thanks!
