You can always call to ask, I don't think they will withhold the wait list info to only known customers.. I always call to make sure the things I want is available in store before I go.. also I'm sure some lovely ladies on this forum would mention it if the list is opened again [emoji4] usually the list will open for 2-3 months so don't worry you will definitely get your chance to put the name down.
Thankyou . Feeling much better :) i have always been too afraid of rejection (and worried it would taint my love for the brand) so I bought the things i needed online from hermes when they popped up and went the K and B route always with resellers. But i sucked up my courage and went in to buy what i needed yesterday hoping to feel better because alot of people have said here Sydney store is very reasonable. I'll try to call in a few weeks unless anyone mentions here that its open. Feeling much better thankyou!

If i were you, definitely buy things from the store rather than online. That way you can build up a good relationship with SA & while making purchases, remind them with your wishlist. You may not need to put your name on waitlist :)

Ladies I am confused here
I am a regular customer in H store kind of have a SA, I have built a ' relationship' with her over the past year
Probably spent around 50k$ in the past year along with her
I tried to mention how do I get a B last time after a 15k$ purchase
She avoided my question
I am bit lost here
Should I continue the relationship or just give up?
How does it work in the H Sydney?

So you already bought first B? When was this?

Hi , just wondering if your last 15K purchase is just one bag or bit of everything ??
In sydney boutique , I think you need to show loyalty / consistency rather than haphazard purchase ( even its 15k) for them to offer you a bag . Sometimes you don't need to make big purchase to impress them IMO. I am sure anyone who walk through that Hermes door is capable of purchasing a 5 figure bag, so it's not how much you willing to spend , it's your commitment to become their long term customer.

No I didn't get any ' bag ' from the store at all
I see, you mentioned a birkin after $15k purchase. My misunderstanding.
Like rach_fan mentioned, sydney store works more traditional way.
I understand your confusion, but I have a feeling you will get a bag offer soon.
Sometimes you feel ignored but they do remember your wishlist. So its more surprising. Please keep remind the SA, you are still waiting for your dream B.
We are all in the same boat. So lets keep sailing! Just a tip, open to few different colours may have a better chance.

I had same situation 2years ago, then I was very upset at that time so I asked my SA that why other people could get b or k so easily, she didn't answer my question but few weeks later she called me to offer me a kelly, then she was transferred to Gold Coast store, now I'm lucky to find a very nice SA

i did not splash the 15k on one item only
i try to visit the store as much as i can, sometimes she would push me into buying high value items which i have no interested in
last time i visited the store looking for a garden party for my SIL,she made the comment like 'this is so cheap good price you should get it' despite i did not like the color or the size
i felt quite pressurize by her, in a way i am a very easy customer but i felt this is a step too far
i never really mention i want to have a B/K to her only once and yet she ignored my question
i dont know how to move forwards with her or should i just change the SA?

Sounds like your SA is more interested meeting her own sales target than really listening to what you want. I remember there is one time I told my SA I want a particular colour of picotin and he replied " this colour is very different from what you requested before , I am still trying to figure out what's "Your colour" [emoji848]
When your SA is genuinely considering what you like / suits you , then it is the SA worth maintaining relationship with, IMO

When I first trying to look for a SA to stick with it took a while. I used to buy stuff online and every time I go into store I will get whoever free to help with my purchases. Then later I decided to stick with one. My first time I went to store and got a guy who assisted me, I didn't end up buying anything and he was kinda cold, and I asked for his business card and he was very reluctant, He gave me at the end when I literally left the store but I decided to move on. Later I went to store again and got a very nice SA and I have sticked with her since, I have yet to receive any offer on bags but I did mention I want a Constance and she took notes on her little note book..I guess that might be a good sign? I do feel that sometimes it's like making friends and if your SA don't click with you it's time to move on..

Exactly the same with my old SA, every time when I metion B or K she took me to the ready to wear ,she really want me to buy some clothes, but I refused,I think you can try to change a different SA, and she will know that you are not happy with her!

I guess I will give it one more try this week
I haven't visit the store for one month
Cause I am simply fed up with her game
I bought 2 Birkin from a U.K. reseller in march. Simply I don't see how I would be able to get a bag in Sydney

Did you spend around $50k to same SA?
I don't like those kind of attitude. And you only asked once!!
Surely they all know, majority of people who spend money regularly has strong interest in B/K/C.
If you ask a question, at least they try to find specs of B you have in your mind.
Relationship should be both ways, not oneway! I would definitely try one more time with her, but stop spending until she show you genuine customer service.
Otherwise maybe time to change SA....there are so many nice SA's in sydney store.
Shopping should be fun, not a stressful process! Please let us know how you go next week.
