Update:
So I pop into the store today after my business meeting
Went in the store around 2:30 it was quite
I saw my SA went straight to her
She was surprised to see me since I didn't have time to visit for almost 1 month
We started off a casual conversation
She asked me so what can I get you today
I said I just need to buy a pair of twilly for my peacock blue birkin
An she said:" only twilly? I have something at the back today "
So I joked : " if it is a birkin I will take it "
She said: yeah I do have birkins today one is in size 30 one is in size 35, but you have to buy something else with it I can't just sell you the bag"
So I asked her what do I need to buy if I do so can I get the bag now?
She said yeah of course, just little things like twilly, perfume, wallet
So off we go
She told me that since I have been a loyal customer to her and today it was actually the first time I went inside the shop on my own
Normally I go with my partner or my mum
She never has the chance to talk to me and We had a very long chat today about everything
And the end I walked out with a B30
Honestly I am still in shock

WoW! Thats very unusual way of offering b/k/ from sydney hermes. Although you already spent $50k she still asked you to buy something else with B?
Happy that you finally aquired your desired bag but not really liking the way SA practice though.

Congrats!! Maybe your SA can somehow sense you are not completely satisfied? Did she say how much stuff you have to buy before she can sell you the bag?

I didn't mind spend more money on top of the B
She did mention if I keep coming into the store and buying little things here and there
She would be able to get me a K and a C
So I guess at the end it turns out pretty well
im after the kelly slides (oz) shoes..i saw melbourne have a pair in tan 35 but i am aftsr 36/37 ...any sights in sydney or anyone with a good SA who can ask? lol i was told theres a long waiting list for them [emoji52]
Congrats ! Glad you finally got a bag. I am not to wrapped that you had to spend 5k more... I would think maybe some twillys is enough if you already spent so much to proove your love of the brand.
I hope i dont have to spend so much to proove my loyalty otherwise i certainly will just stay the reseller route however i hope it doesnt come to that ...

I bought it last month , my size is 38.5 .
It was quite easy for me ?! I went in and asked for this pair of mules and they checked the system and transferred from other boutique for me. I wasn't told about waitlist . Very fuss free! Unless it's different colour you after ??
yasss that pair and that colour..ive just been told to call the boutique as they will get more in but unsure when

Like Orangefanatic & PurseOnFleek mentioned , since you already expressed your interest on spending a 14k bag , how could she ask you to spend more ? No one's money is growing on trees!
Of course if you intended to buy all other extra stuff is the other thing .
We all work hard to enjoy things we like ( I.e orange [emoji521] boxes[emoji12]) And telling you " I have the goods you want but I can't sell it to you because you need to spend more " is simply not ethical !! I feel like you are so cornered and just have no option but to spend more! I hope this doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth even you got your dream bag [emoji4]

Oh I see , can the boutique give you a ring when they arrive ? That's what they normally do for me anyways. Do you have a trusting SA in Melbourne store ??
Another suggestion will be ringing Hermes.com? Their service is fantastic ! They even check availability of a particular bag from boutique and ask the boutique to reserve the bag for me from their end !

Honestly if I knew I would get a malachite this week probably would of gone for a blue shade bag

I'm a recent lurker in this forum as I still have to plunge to H side (getting close though). I only have H accessories so far.
I recently just got back to Adelaide from Italy and we don't even have a boutique here to browse, much less build a relationship with an SA. Reading about SAs like this though is off putting. It's like extortion imo. Although we all have extra money to spend, we don't really want to spend it unnecessarily on anything extra, not unless we really want those extra stuff...
