Just to give you a little update : I’ve placed two orders on the French website since all the stores are closed, they reimbursed both and shipping is postponed to April 20th, but this is totally normal, postal services are almost shut down... time for most important things in life : health, family and friends care, self care :)

Hi, I was eyeing Lindy for a while at the US website and finally saw my favorite color in stock! Has anyone purchased online during this closure period? Do they charge your card immediately even though they might not ship it for a few months?

I’m all in with Lindy 30, but hesitating to get charged well over $9,000 when it won’t be shipped for a few months or maybe even a year...

Sometimes she'll text me out of the blue saying not to cave into buying quota bags from H resellers online and to wait for stores to reopen.

I just got a call from Hermes online USA (I believe that's them based on the 800 phone number) - they asked if I'd like to have my two packages which were ordered to ship to my store just before everything closed to be re-routed and shipped to my home instead.

I tend to ask for ship to store since I'm often not home to sign the packages (and it's an excuse to go visit). I am glad to hear that they are trying to re-route these packages & this makes me think that the online store / shipping is at least operating in some (probably very reduced) capacity in the US.

Also, I've heard from my SA the potential timeframe for re-opening the stores (more than 1 month from now at this point). But it is all tentative and subject to change, of course.

My SA was texting me earlier this week saying that when quarantine is over and Hermes reopens, there is a possibility that they will not reopen to the public and maintain a phone orders / appointments only protocol for the time being.

She also let me know that she has been attending digital trainings / previews for new season items (just SLGs and home items so far) and shared a few with me asking if I want to put my name down for upcoming inventory. Just wanted to update!

For reference, I'm in the U.S.
