Wanted to bump this thread and see if any US stores are closing again? I noticed pretty much all of Rodeo drive has been boarded up, not sure if Hermes is still doing appointments? My SA hasn’t responded to emails lately
Hi, Rodeo is open and available for one hour appointments. They also have special events on some select Sundays with 2 hour appointments. The next Sunday event is December 6 and you get a little present too. Because the election is over, the weekend political parades are over, but some stores are still boarded up. My SA said people generally call a central number who makes appointments with any available consultant unless one is specified. I have been to the Rodeo store twice since the lock down, but by invitation to the Sunday events. You may try your luck by calling the store itself instead of your SA’s direct line.

Back to lockdown in Toronto, Canada. The Canadian website had this message re: the Toronto boutique:

Hermes Toronto is open for virtual appointments, curbside service and delivery.
Please contact the store at 416 968 8626 Monday to Saturday from 11am to 6pm and Sundays from 12pm to 5pm or through [email protected]

Has anyone been to H Beverly Hills on a Saturday recently? I will be up there for another event and would like to drop by, but since there are no appointments I am wondering how much time to set aside to wait and then go in. I have to be somewhere maybe 30 minutes away at 6:30, so I thought of arriving at Hermes around 3 or 4 to be absolutely sure I have enough time, but I wonder if that’s overkill.

I’d say 15-30 min wait. Usually a short line.
