I think it’s safe to say the majority of the stores in North America are closed.

Do we know, or can members contribute information on, which stores are still open? At least by country? I’m guessing the stores in Asia are open?

Not sure about the phones but they are still responding to emails - I got a reply within a few hours.
Maybe try email if they don't pick up?

I believe that Cuff's Clothing in OH is still open and will ship out of state. Received an email from them yesterday that they are here to help. Lovely store and very nice staff. If you need some retail therapy and H.com are stores are closed, they are a good alternative without feeling the guilt that you're cheating your SA.

Is there anyone from France here as well? Since all the stores are closed, I've ordered online on Saturday and the status of my order is still 'under preparation" ... is there anyone having to wait as well? I think it's clear we won't get delivered until April ... but I did not receive any notice from them

Many are being force to clear their balance and current leaves to avoid pay slashing

My SA and I have been speaking about 1x a week since shutdown, sometimes 2x. We've texted checking in on each other's safety and access to basic supplies, she greeted me on my birthday. Sometimes she'll text me out of the blue saying not to cave into buying quota bags from H resellers online and to wait for stores to reopen.

I don't really have any expectations for normal during these times. I appreciated my SA reaching out the other day, but I think communication is going to be unpredictable.

I talked to the customer service in France yesterday and even though they are updating the website they are not able to ship out right now so the order is more of a reservation. They don’t know when they will be able to ship as they have to see how it goes in April. The return period is also extended to 60 days. They updated the text on top of the website recently maybe that’s why they didn’t inform you with a separate mail?
