Same! I imagine they can’t fill certain orders so they are pulling the items from the site.Entirely possible. Either way the website is sparse. Browsing is my distraction activity. Stay safe!

Just ordered more lipsticks in the morning. I’ll check my account to see what’s up. ThxNotice on Hermes.com UK site:
Due to the current environment in France, the delivery of online orders is suspended, as well as the processing of returns for exchange or refund.
Retailers are taking full advantage of their website to support store closures so I assume that they will remain open as long as Fedex and UPS are shipping.I ordered 3 things from h.com US site last week. Took several days before I got the notice that the items shipped. I got the 2 Calvis yesterday and the 3rd item should arrive today. I wonder how much longer the US website will keep operating?
Yes but supply is also an issue for sites like H since all shipments of bags etc from France has stopped for now. I would assume same for any site that depends on goods shipped from Italy, Spain, and other countries that are in full shut down.Retailers are taking full advantage of their website to support store closures so I assume that they will remain open as long as Fedex and UPS are shipping.
There are, on several of them, it seems the french site is functional but they have extended the returns period to 60 days to account for any delays in the ordering process.duplicate info
I think they can stagger supply on their site. They have always managed low inventory on their site to make it exclusive so I doubt if they have less inventory in the DC. Bags listed on the site if not hugely popular take a while to sell anyway so I don't see them shutting down even if France locks down for more than a month.Yes but supply is also an issue for sites like H since all shipments of bags etc from France has stopped for now. They just closed the USA website effective on Friday (no more shipments after that until they resume whenever that will be...)
Sigh. So much for enjoying fresh eye candy on the H.com site while stuck at home. But it’s the right decision to close the distribution centers to protect the employees. As others have said, I hope the furloughed employees are paid. They just closed the USA website effective on Friday (no more shipments after that until they resume whenever that will be...)
