In US, recently our SA has Iphone to text, call to stay in touch with their regular clients.
While we are quarantine, they are allow to bring home their work phone. That is how I connect with my SA.

I talked to the customer service in France yesterday and even though they are updating the website they are not able to ship out right now so the order is more of a reservation. They don’t know when they will be able to ship as they have to see how it goes in April. The return period is also extended to 60 days. They updated the text on top of the website recently maybe that’s why they didn’t inform you with a separate mail?

i read that most H stores have reopened in Asia. That’s so nice - we are closwd down here in UsA. I miss those shopping trips . Got a text from my SA sending greetings, which was sweet.

For those stores open now in asia, how is the experience? Are customers coming back? Are you getting any quota bags? Can I live vicariously through your shopping .

Yes they are still open in Hong Kong with earlier closing hours... It's been great cuz the shopping momentum is low so much easier to bump into lindys, picotins or roulis these days...

Not in Kuala Lumpur - both stores closed for now. Singapore stores are open still with limited operating hours?

Singapore stores are still open but with shorter hours. There’s less inventory as well.

I saw this on the news translated to English saying all stores in Italy to remain closed till July 31. I can’t read Italian, can someone who understand Italian verify that?

I heard from my SA on Friday as well and knowing that she is home safe with family is great news. DCs are stores are closed so there is nothing that they can do at this moment. They are in week 2 of the 4-week closure so hopefully things will calm down by mid-April. And it all depends on what we can contribute in terms of staying home and containing the spread.

I think with the current situation, a visit to H store is the last thing on ppl's mind with the paranoia looming.

SF Bay Area just extended restrictions until at least May 3.

I spoke with my U.S. SA this morning and he said he is happy to be home with his family but has no indication from H when stores will re-open. I am relieved that he is fine. It sounds like they are waiting to see the effect of distancing and warmer weather.
