BoJo should announce on Sunday a “phased” exit from lockdown.
In phase 2, which is currently scheduled on 8 June, “Small retail outlets that can control staff and customer numbers and maintain social distancing may reopen”.
I assume H fits in that category.

Hi everyone,

with the current situation I decide to creat that treat for european customer.
It could be interesting to share our experience at Hermes.
Maybe with the boarder of your country at the moment maybe will have more luck.
How know maybe better stock considering Hermes Paris will have for sure more stock. Probably dispatch between the boutique how are open.
Even if boutiques open today in France you are not allow to move much (100km).

We have just one H store in Sweden and that is closed due to renovation untill September , hopefully.... That means for oss that shopping online is the only option ( hardly any flights going out of the country right now).

My store (in the US) will be re-opening with appointment only shopping. SAs will only work 2/3 days a week (I would guess in something like A/B team shifts), with a limit on max number of appointments they can have per day as well. My SA texted me with her first two scheduled days and asked if I'd like to come. I genuinely miss the lovely people at my store and hope everyone is ok...I will need to refrain myself from giving my SA a big hug (since we probably still need to practice social distancing, I do wonder how that will work?). Of course, I miss shopping and looking at beautiful H goodies too...

Anyways, I hope we are past the worst and things are slowing going back to normal. Stay safe all :heart:

In Dubai the stores open from 12pm - 10am, may contact your SA as well to deliver whatever you want as long as it’s available. But I don’t think we will receive any shipments anytime soon maybe in August, not sure.

Dont know if this has already been posted. But the Calgary store in Canada is open by appointed only and limited hours - I think 11:00 to 5:00. As far as I'm aware Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal stores are still closed (each province has jurisidiction over when businesses can reopen and how). But I think the Calgary model will be the one going forward in Canada for now at least.
