Jeez you may have changed my mind about this design... i thought it was too busy but seeing you model this cw so perfectly I can see how it works.
it’s a learning process, isn’t it. I have made a couple failed purchases to figure out what I don’t want. I will also be restricting myself to new seasons (since I found my one true grail, arbre du vent) and seeing how I like quite few of the options I think my wallet will be grateful

HH congrats on your beautiful Peony silk! I met the two artists and posted a photo of them in the Carre Club thread. I asked for some back story and was told a few things that I recall. The two artists went to art school together and previously worked /collaborated on art and designs together. One would detail an area and another could work on another area or same area. I asked why the Peony and was told it happened to be a flower that they both liked. One said it was his Mother’s favorite flower. The colorway that Octave liked most was your colorway (I believe). Hope you feel better soon to see you modeling your beautiful new silk!

The blue and red is my natural choice , but now I’ve seen the mesmerising aqua and I’d love both !

The gold is gorgeous but I have Lettres from last season in gold so opted for (yet another) blue. I think it will come into its own paired with jeans.
