Just quick question - someone told me that the spa cleaning doesn't include the handle and interior. Is that true? Thinking of sending my Kelly in coz the handle is quite dirty. Many thanks.

Does spa cleaning need original receipt? I heard from someone recently their rules has changed

Could anyone verify this pls

Reason I ask is that I am thinking of taking a k32 in for spa but I bought it preloved

I was told (and had read on here previously) that they never clean the interior. I would check with H regrading cleaning the handle though. Mine is being replaced because it is cracked, but for one in good condition they may well clean it for you :)

It may make a difference where you are, but certainly in London no one asked me for a receipt.

Do they send the bags to Paris or London has our own H artisan?
also from your exp how long is the turnaround should I expect
Is there a store better in terms of service? I personally don't like NBS (they are often too busy with tourists), and I prefer the H at the royal exchange. I may take the Kelly there next week and ask since I work in the area...

My experience is very limited I'm afraid! I have one H bag and it is currently undergoing repairs. I do know that NBS has an artisan, although I took my bag to Selfridges as I went on a Saturday and was told in NBS they couldn't accept a vintage Kelly there without their artisan seeing it first and she wasn't in.
Selfridges were very helpful and sent the bag to Paris for me. I am having quite a bit done (the list is further up this thread) and was told it should take 12 to 24 weeks. It took about 5 weeks to get the quote from Paris although I believe if you take a bag to NBS and repairs can be carried out in London it is quicker.
