regarding herbag, it depends on your needs and there are quite a fair bit of YouTube reviews as well to reference.

On any H bags, my SA always tells me and I agree with her: Ignore the bag trends. Best to get H bags that will fit your lifestyle. Later on, you will find that you always reach for the bags that fit your lifestyle.

In my opinion, Herbag is not the easiest bag to use or to match with outfit.

But if you manage to get your favourite/suitable color combination, it can really elevate your outfit You can see the IG vk_8112 for some ideas how she match Herbag and her outfit ❤️

Price wise, comparing the steep price of canvas bags from other brands at the moment and considering the Hermes quality, in my opinion, Herbag is worth it

Has anyone indicated an interest for an item with one SA but went on to discover another SA whom you have much better chemistry with? The first SA was borderline rude/cold but did come back with the item after a month. Would you go ahead and purchase that item or just keep your purchases with the second SA?

Herbag

Cons
At the start i found the herbag quite a hassle to use as there are many steps needed to open and close the bag and i had difficulty putting the leather sangles through the hardware to close the bag. If you get a lighter coloured bag, there’s a high chance you’ll get colour transfer . And I don’t think Hermes will spa the canvas portion of the bag ( but pls correct me if I’m wrong) .

Pros
Over time I got used to the opening and closure of the bag and was thankful that the herbag has a pocket at the back (unlike the Kelly ) hence you can slot your phone inside that section easily .
Also it’s very lightweight which is a plus point for me as I use this bag daily for work .

To put things in context for readers, do you mean that she said - (a) no matter how much you spend today, you can’t get a mini Lindy as a walk-in new customer or (b) no matter how much you spend henceforth, you can’t get a mini Lindy?

If it’s (a) - she’s not being rude. She’s just managing your expectations coz tons of existing customers are in the queue.
If its (b) - agree with ka3na20 that you should switch SAs.
