About 3 months and still waiting. It's my first one. Asked for a neutral C18 and was assured that getting it won't be a problem.

I was quite lucky, I waited about 1 month when I got my 1st qb even though it was not my 1st choice but I manage to get a netural colour. My spend was ard 1:1.3.

depends on the item. if its a very popular item, eg. orans, its not possible.

My SA helped me request for a popular item in non popular specs from online. It’s there for a very long time but request not approved. It came to the store 5 months later. When I do not want it anymore.

On another instance, my SA help me request for an item but was rejected. Suddenly, it came 2 months later with my profile name slapped on it.

If there are Hermes online shop staff here seeing this, it’s not funny.

Yes. The frame is quite solid. You have to unscrew the bracket at the back of the frame. Don't have to worry abt sagging as there are magnets all around the scarf.

I asked my SA about it last week. The store has not received it. Dont think it’s a QB
