Has anyone indicated an interest for an item with one SA but went on to discover another SA whom you have much better chemistry with? The first SA was borderline rude/cold but did come back with the item after a month. Would you go ahead and purchase that item or just keep your purchases with the second SA?
Depends on what the item is for the first SA. If it’s a non quota bag, or an insignificant amount, I will still get it because that’s what I wanted. But will proceed to continue with second SA for the journey.
However, if both SA are from the same store, it’s going to be awkward. I will just spend with the second SA.

Walk in to H store, bought something & during payment, we made a mini lindy inquiry, the SA who attended us said that no matter how much we spend, we can't buy a mini lindy. How would you react?
2 years ago, probably amused and shocked.

A year into the Hermes game, trust that it is the truth for that SA at that particular store.

Last I heard was that mini lindys are offered to clients after they had gotten their quota bag.

I will buy the items since it is what you wanted. If it is the same store, it can still be used as prespend. I will disappear for a few months before looking for the second SA in the same store.

If the second SA is in a different store, I will give up the prespend in the first store and switch to the second store immediately.

I think it’s rather rude and will move on to a new SA. It might be the truth but there are more polite ways of saying the same truth.

However, if the SA has a blunt nature of saying things, it might not be a bad thing to work with her for quota bags because she will tell you the truth and not misled you into overspending for the quota (which is rather common in Hermes).

Thank you for the insight! Yes it’s the “lock” system which i’m giving a 2nd thought about as it may be a hassle to open/close it and might have to keep it open. But i really love the look of the herbag!
Herbag

Cons
At the start i found the herbag quite a hassle to use as there are many steps needed to open and close the bag and i had difficulty putting the leather sangles through the hardware to close the bag. If you get a lighter coloured bag, there’s a high chance you’ll get colour transfer . And I don’t think Hermes will spa the canvas portion of the bag ( but pls correct me if I’m wrong) .

Pros
Over time I got used to the opening and closure of the bag and was thankful that the herbag has a pocket at the back (unlike the Kelly ) hence you can slot your phone inside that section easily .
Also it’s very lightweight which is a plus point for me as I use this bag daily for work .

I have the Herbag in waterproof Berline canvas and have found it perfect for Singapore's rainy weather. The opening does take practice. I usually leave the leather flap open and buckle in the canvas w one sangle. That makes it a lot easier and faster to open and close the bag, while keeping things reasonably secure.

Hi! Just curious - is there a waiting period between quota bags? i.e. when we can put in a request for a second quota bag after getting the first quota bag. I'm also wondering where I can find the Singapore prices for different sizes of BKC? Are we still limited to 2 quota bags per year or has that been changed to 1 per year?

TIA!

Still 2 QBs a year.
My SA told me need at least 3 months in between QBs. But different stores and SAs have different guidelines, so better to ask your SA :)

Just wondering ladies, how long did you wait for your QB before u got the call?
Usually about 3 weeks to a month. But i think it really depends on many factors eg what is your desired specs & availability (plus your pre-spend and profile, which determine your eligibility for diff categories of bags). I will be prepared to wait out for up to 9 months for my dream specs.
