Hi all, I'm a silent reader and am terribly pissed off with my SA. We made arrangements 2 weeks ago for an appt for today. When I reached, I was informed that she was on medical leave. I purposely went down to LT to meet her and she did not have the decency to let me know that she was on medical leave. I know I'm a low spending client who is trying to build a profile but I don't think that's they way you should treat a client? Also, is it possible to change my SA but still stick to LT?
you must have been so frustrated! did someone else attend to you though?

i personally think it can be a little awkward if you change the SA within LT.

Yea I was really frustrated! Like u dun even value me as ur client! Someone else did though but she wasnt very helpful and she asked me to msg my SA should i need anything. Ok so I requested an Evelyn tpm 3 weeks ago and she did not reply me with regards to that. So I arranged an appt w her, hoping to score one and maybe talk to her about my wishlists. But she didn't respond.

ah i see... i concur with someone else's comment. to give your SA the benefit of doubt first. perhaps text her in a week, to ask her how she is feeling, and that you hope to catch up with her on your items.

Seriously?

Medical leave means she's ill. Please allow your SA to live, let alone live her best life.

Hi, I understand that it can get quite frustrating to make an appt yet your SA is not around to service you but i think in such a time like now, it is almost impossible to window shop at H as most of the items are not readily available. Most of us usually make appointments to collect items. Mini E is really v v sought after. She may not reply you on that as she probably doesn’t have the stock and most do not want to commit over whatsapp on such request. So just wanted to say don’t get upset over it and just give your SA the benefit of the doubt. Even for those working, i’m sure when we are on mc, we only inform our colleagues and manager and not the whole world though we can set out of office but for the SA they probably were thinking that other SA can also help out if they are not around.

Perhaps your SA had to go on leave for a medical emergency and wasn't able to give notice to all her clients. Hopefully you’ll be able to reconnect if you want once she has recovered and is back to work.

Hi all, I have a huge dilemma and hope that some kind soul here can help me with it.

I have been shopping in hermes Singapore since last year, and have spent the quota amount and apparently my SA has mentioned that my wishlist is in the system. However, I really do not have chemistry with this SA. Is it advisable to switch to another SA in the same store in Singapore, to start on my journey for the second bag. I'm still queueing for the first bag. I haven't received any quota bags to date. Hoping for a reply. Would really appreciate your thoughts on this. Thank you.
I’ve recently started my H journey and found your experience very similar to mine… I wonder if we have the same SA :lol: I’m also thinking of finding a new SA elsewhere as I am in no hurry for a QB, just shopping for what I enjoy now. Of course I must manage expectations as this is H after all, but I do wonder if it’s normal to have your blood pressure rise when you get texts from your SA:giggle:
