yes I managed to get a Mini E as a walk in before (not immediately, was placed on wait list and then around 3 weeks later I got the call to collect).

Hi everyone, just to share an experience, I got my kelly20 after 1 year. I supported my SA with FJ and RTWs. I have been with the same SA for 7 years, she is from LT. Maybe back then, it was easier to score a K20.

Fine jewelry. Usually fashion jewelry is known as CJ or costume jewelry

Hi all, I'm a silent reader and am terribly pissed off with my SA. We made arrangements 2 weeks ago for an appt for today. When I reached, I was informed that she was on medical leave. I purposely went down to LT to meet her and she did not have the decency to let me know that she was on medical leave. I know I'm a low spending client who is trying to build a profile but I don't think that's they way you should treat a client? Also, is it possible to change my SA but still stick to LT?

From what I understand, unless it has changed, they don’t take their work phones home. Maybe give your SA the benefit of doubt for now and see what she has to say or how she reacts to this after coming back from medical leave?

Yeah I can understand, I’d be frustrated making a wasted trip as well

And my SA is not exactly the very responsive type. She doesn't answer my queries and sometimes I feel like I'm the one talking too much!
